DENCOOL RED is a heavy-duty product of Maxon Advanced heat reducer fluid technology. It is formulated by advanced co-polymer and glycol-based non-toxic formulations. Maxon DENCOOL RED provides efficient heat transfer efficiency to the system with reliable boiling protection. As heavy-duty thermal mechanics with longer and tougher operation time, metals in transfer jackets, radiators, and other heating units are much more prone to corrosion and pitting due to the galvanization effect of water and impulse heating. DENCOOL RED is combined with advanced corrosion inhibition polymers that form a protective film and protect against corrosion and pitting.
At high-temperature applications, this DENCOOL is designed to be reliable and efficient up to the maximum extent to support most types of heat transfer units.
DENCOOL RED is charged to the system in a suitable quantity ranging from 20-48%. Dosage quantity depends on system maximum temperature and other factors. A Maxon Representative will recommend the quantity for each case.
DENCOOL RED is fed directly to the system or through a pot feeder. A Maxon regional person will help in case of any confusion.
Use all safety procedures before handling. Keep in a well-ventilated place. Do not store this material near food, feed, or drinking water. Do not store in metallic containers. Use only recommended material for storage. Consult MSDS for other safety information.
